BANANA FLAX PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2  banana
  • 8-10 oz milk of your choice  
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed 
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of cricket powder 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend all ingredients and enjoy!  You may need to alter the amount of milk that you add, depending on how thick you prefer your smoothie. You can also add the whole banana for a sweeter taste.
